"Efficient and Caring"

I have had to visit the surgery many times in the last 18 months after I developed a blood disorder. The GPs and staff have always been very efficient and shown great care and thoroughness whenever I have been to see them. I have always been able to see the GP of my choice, and on two or three occasions, when I have needed to see a GP urgently, I have usually been fitted in the same day or the next with the emergency doctor on duty, who again has been thorough and caring. I have subsequently developed other problems and the GPs have always taken the trouble to liaise with various consultants and explain exactly what is going on. In my view, this surgery has been extremely efficient and taken very good care of me.
