(as a service user),

I would like to to thank Dr Dayer and all the team for their excellent care during my visit to Musgrove Park Hospital X-Ray Department on Tuesday this week.

I was put at ease by the lady on Reception, by the lady who checked me in and took my blood, by the Radiographers and not least by Dr Dayer.

The CT scan was over before I knew it and my aftercare was excemplary.

Thank you for you kind attention on a potentially stressful day for me.
