My initial and lasting impression of this hospital has been very positive. Each and every contact with staff members was reassuring and this gave me confidence that I was in the good hands of highly skilled professional people, who cared about me as a person as well as being their patient. I felt that the answers I gave to the many enquiries prior to the procedure were being were being carefully considered by the hospital staff and I was very impressed by the awareness of my previous medical background shown by all the staff members I met.. The availability and suitability of various options including gas and air and sedation was carefully explained and I felt that that my personal opinions on these matters were fully taken into account by the hospital staff.
