"Rude consultant, didn't listen!"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham / Neurology

I attended this hospital for an outpatients appointment, consultant was rude, didn't listen, didn't ask any questions about my symptoms.

Told me there was nothing wrong despite numerous symptoms- shouted at me when I said he hadn't listened to all my symptoms.

I complained to staff they said they would speak to consultant and phone me back- they phoned and said they didn't employ this doctor so couldn't do anything and to complain to the hospital that actually employed him.

Awful consultant - a complete waste of my time - and hospital have done nothing about my complaint!
