A course regarding diabetic weight management was conducted by Rotherham Dietician’s at Woodside Rotherham The dietician in charge was Sarah green and another called Alison I think It was marvellous , so beneficial and enjoyable I did so well on this course losing weight  and controlling my diabetes. The Dietician’s were so so good supporting us all the way. I had already tried different diets like slimming w irks and weight watchers which cost me a great deal of money to get nothing out of them .  This course has been amazing and in 5 Weeks I have lost practically a stone in weight . I have also been able to lower my insulin intake dramatically . That’s through our wonderful NHS I am deeply grateful—-thank you
