"Fantastic experience, thank you"

A fantastic service was delivered by the Dermatology clinic team in the maxillo facial outpatients ward. I was offered a cancellation appointment the previous day and attended clinic for a suspect mole. The consultant I saw gave a thorough examination and explanation. He listened and treated me dignity and respect. The mole needed to be removed and was done the same day. I was treated on West wing day care surgery ward and once again the team were prompt, friendly and efficient.
