"Awful reception customer service."

About: The Orchard Med Practice

having recently called to book an appointment for a few weeks time I was rudely spoken to by a receptionist stating that this is not an option etc and that I needed to call on the day. When I stated that due to job I was unable to just turn up and booking in advance was only way she got very aggressive and spoke to me like I was stupid. As a resident of broughton and the fact that this has happened a few times now and even when you wait in recenption they ignore you I find unacceptable and if I spoke to my customers like this I would most definitely be out of a job. I am sorry to have to write about this but a serious review of their procedures and maybe staff training is needed in how to deal with patients.
