I feel repeatedly failed by mental health! Waited over 4 hours to be seen by crisis team and no staff around to ask what’s happening. There is also no stimulus available just 4 walls, enough to drive anyone mad. Was told months ago medication needs changed and has it happened ...no! Phone my local mental health team for help and closest appointment is 2 months away, how are you meant to get rid of the stigma? ? Would you wait 2 months to see a GP... no! ! You are left to breaking point and even then it feels like I have been fed false hope!
