Moving to another practice this coming Thursday

Completely dissatisfied with this practice.

I posted a review in, I think, October last year and I notice that Sandringham Medical Centre has not yet responded!

So difficult to get an appointment, rarely see the same doctor.... no continuity of care. The med centre can’t even be bothered to update its web site... still showing doctors who left over two years ago. It’s so sad to see how this practice has deteriorated over the past few years. I joined the practice in 1973 after leaving the regular army and am sorry to be leaving.

I am sorry that you have been dissatisfied with our appointment system. We plan to hold a patient participation group meeting on Tuesday 11th December @ 1pm in the practice. We will be discussing how we plan to improve our appointment system.
