"Visiting relative needing prescription"

We were sent to the walk in centre by my GP when my visiting mother-in-law ran out of her prescription medication. The centre was full, but wait times were well advertised. In the end it took 2 hours however considering we were by no means an emergency and the centre was short staffed we couldn’t complain. Staff were friendly and helpful, apologetic about the wait and couldn’t do more. The lead clinical nurse who saw us was kind and put my mother in law at ease, and even gave my two children stickers as a thank you for waiting so patiently. Considering this is a free same day service we were hugely impressed.

Good Morning,

Thank you for taking the time to share you experience with us. It is pleasing to read that although the waiting times were long; that they were well advertised.

It is also great to read that they were friendly and helpful and could not do more for you. I hope that your mother in law enjoyed her visit with you.

Kindest Regards

Leanne
