"Reliable and Caring"

We have been with Pleasley Surgery for approx 4 years now and I can honestly say I have never had a problem.

I cant always get an appointment time which suits me but I can always get an appointment.

The reception ladies are always lovely, helpful and supportive. The Doctor has never rushed me and always listens. I have seen the advanced nurse practitioner who was very good and I would definitely see her again.

Reading some of the negative reviews I am confused as to why the majority are anonymous, surely if you have a grumble about the staff or service you would want to be contacted in order to sort it out?? My experience has been a positive one and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the surgery to friends and family
