I attended the walk in centre in southampton fullowing a fall off my bicycle. The staff were thorough and asked relevant questions about my condition. I returned next day because there was no X-ray available at this hospital as it was after 6pm and following an Xray was given advice and a regime to follow.
I returned to the same hospital for 2 further appointments before being discharged and I felt both appointments could have been done remotely, saving my time and their time and reducing the need for a nurse to show me where to go.
Care was good, doctors were fine and outcome was ok.
