"Fab staff in a jewel department"

What a useful service this is. Although one sometimes has to wait an hour or two due to surge in demand, the staff are always friendly, efficient and professional.

My only complaint is about the quality of some of the patients. I encountered a fantastic radiographer recently, thoroughly professional, polite and caring, who has been subject to abuse. Indeed one patient refused to be treated by her, insisting on someone different. How admirable that staff remain calm and professional when confronted by such shamefully ungrateful behaviour.
