"Amazing reception team"

I came in on weekend and just have to say that the receptionists were incredible!!! NEVER have I been treated with such compassion and friendliness by any reception staff in the NHS, they’re an absolute credit to this surgery, very helpful and willing to do so! Very different from the usual kind of receptionists staff I deal with who act begrudging.
The doctor was also really good and she put my at ease and dealt with my issue quickly
