What I liked

Fantastic communication between outpatient appointments and tests, i received results in the post following scans, ecg etc..and was kept informed throughout out my consultation and investigation period. I must say the service i received from the neurology dept was brilliant and thorough. Only downside is the dept is set in a portable temporary building which ,looks cheap and shabby although the service of the clinic is anything but.

What could be improved

The building it self and the waiting area is dire. Supposed to be temporary but i think it been in same situation for some time.
