"NHS care at its best"

About: Rochdale Infirmary

What I liked

regularly attend clinic, and am treated as a person, rather than a number. The nurses make me feel so comfortable, and cared for. Little things like commenting on how well I look, and a little chat and most importantly a laugh when waiting for consultant.

I feel my consultants only concern is my wellbeing. I am fully involved and informed in decisions. He has time for me and my concerns, and that I am in capable and caring hands. NHS service as it should be.

What could be improved

Not cutting the number of clinics, and not moving inpatients from Rochdale infirmary. Reducing the stress staff are under during the changes

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments regarding your visit to Rochdale Infirmary Hospital.

We are always happy to receive positive feedback from patients; we are also very pleased you were happy with the care and treatment you received.

We always look to improve the care and service we provide and are hoping the changes we are making will show this.

We will forward your comments to the department manager for her to share with the rest of the team.
