"Car park for staff only, too long wait 2 book..."

This listing on www.nhs.uk displays a P for a car park. There is a small car park bot it's for staff only, patients are not allowed to park there. So please update the entry.

My main complaint about this surgery is about the long wait for a routine appointment. There are many 9 doctors listed but all but only 1 works full time so you rarely see the same doctor twice. Seeing your own named doctor is like winning the lottery jackpot.

Please include a schedule of doctors working hours on the website. How many hours per week/month do they work in the practice.

You state we can book an evening or weekend appointment with one of several GP Hubs but you don't name the surgeries. I like to know in advance where I'm likely to have to go for an appointment so I can plan road route or look up bus or train routes and save the details for future use.

Now for the good things: the GPs are almost always attentive and considerative. They involve me in decisions on my care. If only I was able to see the same doctor again!

I can't say how easy it is to get an urgent appointment at this practice as I have not had an urgent medical problem for at least ten years.

The administrative staff are very efficient in processing my regular prescription but I have no further dealings with them as I book appointments online and check myself in for appointments.
