I would just like to say a huge Thank You to David & Jill from Forth Valley Hospital. I attended an appointment recently, and from the moment David called my name I felt comfortable, informed and relaxed. Both him & Jill were lovely, chatty and professional.

Jill and I would like to thank you for leaving us such lovely feedback.
It is great you recognise the teamwork involved in running our clinic, we try our hardest to keep everything informal and relaxed, as you noticed, to ease any anxiety.
I am glad it worked on this occasion and hope everything is going as planned.
