"Communication"

I have been trying to get hold for someone for weeks now, no one answers the phone. I was referred by my Optician 6 months ago, I received a letter from triage services (Evolutio) from them to book an appointment, this I did and I have heard nothing since. I called Evolutio and they stated that they had sent the referral over on 16/02/18 - Nothing heard and I cannot get through to them, In the meantime my eye problem is getting worse..... Grrrrr

I had to put a date in the last date I visited the Hospital in order to submit this but as yet I have never been!!!
