"Excellent and sympathetic staff and procedures"

About: Hinchingbrooke Hospital / Accident and emergency

Visited Ambulatory Care Unit having been sent directly from a routine GP appointment. From reception to initial procedures to seeing Doctor everyone was very pleasant, professional and treated me with respect, dignity and managed also to be humourful in a clearly busy and potentially stressful environment. Cannot praise staff highly enough. Even refreshments offered were of a high standard.

Not my first visit to this hospital for different treatments and also taking children for treatments / surgery and I am constantly amazed by the highest standards of treatment I have experienced there.
