i was quite frightened when i was referred by my doctor on an urgent referral, but on arrival , i was welcomed with happy professional faces, i was not kept waiting for long, and all the time i was there treated with respect, and every part of the treatment was explained to me in terms that i understood , the staff could see i was uneasy but did everything to put me at ease , even holding my hand , so i would like to say thank you so much .
