"Wonderful Staff!"

I am lucky that I don't have to visit the surgery that often but have just had two visits.

The first was last week with the triage nurse who was completely delightful and very thorough. She recommended I see a GP this week which she booked there and then for me.

The GP I saw today was equally caring and thorough and I left feeling totally satisfied.

As for waiting times I was not kept waiting on either occasion but have been on previous visits.

As I work in a private hospital myself I can only say that at times clinics run over and unfortunately sometimes it means a wait.

The receptionists I have encountered are usually very helpful and kind under what sometimes must be very stressful circumstances.

I think our NHS service is excellent and would like to say thank you to all at Woodbridge Hill Surgery you have always given myself and my family an excellent service.
