What I liked

I am an Occupational Therapist from out your area, trying to refer a patient who has recently moved to South Harrow. Trying to arrange folow up for patients is normally a very time consuming and frustrating experience. On this occassion I spoke to someone in the Occupational Therapy Department (foolishly I did not note her name), she gave me options for contacts, which I have been able to refer to.

It was really refreshing to talk to a colleague who was helpful and friendly, with details to hand and then to be given the details of another team who were equally so - thank you folks!
