About: University Hospital Monklands / Ear, Nose & Throat (Ward 9)

(as a parent/guardian),

The staff in monklands hospital have been exceptional in their care of my son. In particular the staff within ward 9. I can't thank you all enough for the kindness and compassion shown towards me and my son. I was apprehensive about the procedure being undertaken at this hospital due to the negative press the hospital gets but I can honestly say my concerns were unfounded.

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about the exceptional care that your son received whilst a patient in Ward 9 recovering from his tonsillectomy. I am aware how stressful and worrying a time it is when your child is in hospital and am pleased that staff were able to make this experience a positive one for both of you.

I have passed on your feedback to the Ward Manager and the wider ENT team.
