Dear Forth Valley NHS/Falkirk Royal/Community Hospital, Just a positive review to say thank you for all your care, professionalism,whilst my wee mum has has been in your welfare particularly recently.
She has received the best in nursing care,from all levels from doctors nurses,consultants,AE,catering /auxiliary staff. We have been kept informed of her status re her health concerns 24/7,during this worrying time as a family with a sick elderly parent.
At all times my mum was treated with dignity respect and compassion ,nothing was too much trouble. Staff were always on hand to offer a kind word and wee chat,even to down to the tea trolley lady. We saw elderly folks were involved, with homeliness and humour and a kind word.
Falkirk Comminity hospital has great atmosphere between staff/ patients .also keeping up moral with a hairdo for ladies.Thank You NHS Forth Valley,
