I cannot praise enough the fantastic care I received when I attended the Oaks for my endoscopy today. From start to finish staff were friendly, attentive and reassuring. I was anxious prior to the procedure but can honestly say that I was put at my ease and treated with dignity and kindness. The doctor and theatre staff were very understanding and dealt well with my fears. The efficiency of recovery and discharge procedures was excellent also and these staff were superb also.
