"Second to none. Excellent"

About: Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Trust HQ / Respiratory medicine

Having been transferred from another hospital with neumonia and the last remains on fluid on the lung, I was met by what I can only describe as an extremely friendly team of people upon arrival on to oak ward.

I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity, they stopped at nothing to make sure I was comfortable and without pain during my stay.

I was kept informed and included in all decisions relating to my treatment steps at all times.
