I would like to express my appreciation of the quite exceptional care I received as a day patient in August 2018.

Care and attention both pre and post operation was first class and the staff cannot be praised highly enough.

There is so much negative press about the NHS which is so unfair on staff, I felt it was important to highlight excellence in customer care and I am pleased to read this has been passed on to the staff.
