Rang nhs helpline on Monday , told to go for 8.30am the next day (14/08/18. Arrived and was seen by dentist who was lovely she asked me the problems then sent me for X-ray. The man who did X-ray was lovely I struggled with the X-ray pad in my mouth but he put me at my ease. I then went back to original dentist who said I could have root canal but 50/50 if it would work or I could have tooth out, she explained that smoking was detrimental to my gum and teeth heavy but was not patronising with me she was lovely. I opted for the tooth to be taken out and was seen by another dentist who was also lovely he put me at my ease asking me about my job etc, he said I should get a dentist to keep my gum and teeth health up but again was not patronising with me. My previous dentist at my local practise was not bothered about my nervousness at the dentist and made me feel worried when I went that is why I stopped going. If I could find a dentist as lovely as these I would be happy to go. All the staff are a credit to the hospital
"Fantastic service"
