"Not a bad place but can improve"

The GP's are mostly very good, I've seen most of them but some of the staff managing the reception are ill mannered. I was in there t'other day and heard a receptionist being rude to an elderly patient whom was complaining about something. I wasn't suprised. Were this a private practice the member of staff would have had to learn a better ways of managing an upset patient not 'fanning the flames' with provocative comments. This is the NHS and some staff think they can act with impunity because it's a public business.

Overall though, it's a decent practice but there are better ones in the area.
