"Let down by Doctors"

Service was let down by the doctors who kept us waiting after initial consultations for 4 and a half hours for a prescription to be written before treatment could go ahead. Take a flask, sandwiches, good book and a comfy chair. Staff were lovely.

Although I would assure you that we are constantly finding new ways to keep waiting times to a minimum, I am very sorry for any delays you experienced.
