Massive thanks to the A&E department who saw my 5 year old after a nasty bike accident. He was sent by ambulance from Minor Injuries and was seen immediately at arrival in Shrewsbury, Consultant and nurses were professional and kind, our boy felt calm whilst all the tests were going on. Good explanation of what was happening.
A very busy department, but we had excellent, top rate service. Thank you.
