"My daughters excellent treatment"

On Monday my daughter had a skin graft operation to a serious burn on her arm. Our treatment at all times was excellent from all members of staff. When she became very anxious we were given a private place to sit, nothing was too much trouble and they were all very kind and helpful. Two days prior to this we were also seen on ward 11 where again the level of care was exceptional. I found Stoke Mandeville to be a very friendly hospital with extremely helpful staff even being asked by passing staff in corridors if we were OK and if we needed directions.
