(as a relative),

A relative of mine has been attending appointments with Mandy (Advanced Occupational Therapist) at Monklands for a good few months now and we have received nothing but exceptional care, encouragement and empathy from Mandy. My relative has came so far from her first session with Mandy, and although we still have a while to go, we are confident that things will keep getting better with her expertise and care. Nothing is a bother to her and she always provides her care in a way that suits the needs of her clients. She is a credit to the NHS!
