About: Lingwell Croft Surgery

Taken my young son's here many times as well as myself and I always hope that we don't get one certain doctor as he seems to dislike kids and has no time for them, one of my son's is an Asthmatic and unfortunately this doctor is an asthma specialist, always seem to get him for emergency appointments too. Can never get a appointment when you need one, how do I know I'll be poorly in 2-3wks time. Once went into pick up a prescription and the receptionist asked me to wait, 35mins later receptionist nowhere to be seen so went back to ask at counter only to be told that she went on her break 30min previously and forgotten about me and that the prescription had been delivered to the pharmacist anyway.

We are sorry to hear that you feel that one of our doctors appears to dislike children, and also that you appear to have been forgotten by a receptionist when you came in to collect a prescription.

We would urge you to contact the Practice on 0113 270 4848 to discuss these complaints with the Practice Manager so that we can investigate these incidents and discuss it with the staff members concerned; alternatively you can submit a complaint via our website www.lingwellcroft.co.uk or email info.lingwellcroft@nhs.net

We take any complaints very seriously and we always aim to provide the best patient care and customer service so are very disappointed to hear that you have felt let down by the surgery.
