What I liked

I met my surgeons before my operation, and I met the anaesthetist. I am glad that they spend a few minutes of their extremely busy day to meet the patients beforehand. I was very grateful to be given the opportunity to ask them questions.

The nursing staff were also exceptional. They really made me feel cared for, dignified and respected. I could not thank them enough.

Also--in some ways most importantly--the hospital was spotless and clean.

What could be improved

Nothing could be improved in my opinion--my whole experience can only be described as five star.

Anything else?

I was so anxious beforehand about my operation. But the staff at Princess Royal were exceptionally good. This is a brilliant hospital.
