You can never get ahold of them by phone and the receptionists are quite unhelpful and/or rude.

Thank you for your comment. I apologise for your experience. We are an extremely busy practice and the phone lines can be engaged during the very busy morning hours. We are planning a merger with a nearby practice which will enable us to have more work space and phone lines to deal with the increasing demand. If anyone has been rude then please do contact me so I can investigate such instances.
