"St Bede Medical Ctre"

I have visited this practice many times over the years, myself, with my children and with my parents and the staff have always been very helpful and willing to go that extra mile. I can put my point across without being shot down and i'm listened to with respect and dignity. Yes, sometimes i've had to wait nealry an hour to see a gp but it's because of an emergency or a registrar learning that patients can and do overstay their 10 minute slot. The gp's here work very hard and even if you are the last patient of the day they still greet you as if you are the first. The receptionists always try their hardest to accommodate your needs and the nursing staff always greet you with a smile and professional courtesy so you know you are in safe hands. I have never been to another GP practice so can't make comparisons but I don't need to as i am quite happy to continue here.
