What I liked

Nothing.

What could be improved

Quality of care and treatment.

Since when has the treatment for a fractured knee cap been a tub of vasaline?

During the examination of my husbands knee, he passed out because he was in severe pain. The nurse didnt bother to xray the knee, decided it was fine and sent him home with a tub of vasaline!

Over the following weeks every health professional ignored him, told him the knee was fine.

Physiotherapy finally xrayed it nearly two months later. It was fractured but was more or less healed.

One year on, he can hardly walk. And has just been told he needs surgery
