"disinterest and poor advice"

I was given incorrect medical advice. No notes on two hospital appointments they had scheduled. When asked for additional options to help manage my medical condition, I was given no helpful advice and had to resort to internet searches for people with similar conditions and see how they cope.

Additionally, trying to get an appointment through normal channels is hideous. You are often waiting a minimum of a week and up to a month to see your doctor.
