I've been registered in this practice for a while and I've never had the same doctor/nurse. Sometimes, when the case was not severe and needed quick check, every appointment went useful. However, other times when I felt like solution was not helping and required further investigation, it was never given as was not considered not serious enough even after going through my history in details. I sometimes feel like because of the amount of patients and restricted time, patients do not get enough treatment/advice.

Dear Patient

I am sorry to read that we are not meeting your expectations.

Yes, we are a very busy practice (2nd largest in Islington), however we do try and accommodate patients needs as best as we can based on the resources that we have. We have a large clinical team and the majority of them work part-time. If you need to see a particular GP, I would recommend that you speak to the Reception team about this when making an appointment. You can also use our online service to book an appointment and at the same time see which GP's are working which dates etc.

We offer 10-15 minute appointments similar to the majority of other inner London practices. If you feel you need more time, please do ask for a double appointment.

I hope your experience with us improves and hopefully look forward to receiving a positive comments after your next visit to us.
