About: General practices in Lanarkshire

(as a service user),

Dear locallad,

Thanks for getting in touch, however I'm sorry to read about your experience with your local GP Practice. GP's are independent contractors and as such are responsible for reviewing and responding to any concerns someone might have about their services.

I would be more than happy to send your feedback directly to the practice manager at Woodstock and ask them to get in touch with you to discuss. If this is something you would like to progress you can contact me via telephone or email using the details below.

Email: patientaffairs.primarycare@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk

Tel: 01698 858 321

Thanks again,

Laura
