An absolute joke ive been with palmers mental health team for 1 year ive had no treatment took 6 months for me to be involved in my care plan which took 5 weeks to draft and another 5 weeks to recieve a copy complaints are brushed off and dont follow nhs step carw moduel guidelines i suggest moving to newcastle!
