"my hospital admittance"

i have already submitted one review regarding being given wrong tablets on discharge ,but i forgot to mention subject regarding my arrival on the ward as i was admitted straight from A@E i did not have anything with me .i was put into a bed fully clothed with my dress on and was not given a nightdress until the next day which is not very hygenic. as i have said in my previous review the staff on f3 were wonderful .My dress got stained through that. i have washed it twice but stain not yet dissapeared.i do hope this does not happen to anyone else .is this a regular process if so it needs to be looked into,i should have been given a nightdress on admittance until my family could bring me my own nightwear.i have had a call regarding the tablets this morning and this has now been rectified.
