You can only get an appointment on the day you call to book. This is not great if you work full time.

Getting through on the phone is also difficult. I have just spent 18 minutes on hold, trying to cancel an appointment..

Thank you for your feedback on the NHS Website. We are sorry to hear of your concerns.

We value your feedback, taking action wherever possible to improve our services. We also provide the opportunity for concerns to be addressed through our Formal Complaints Procedure. This is outlined in a leaflet available in our waiting room, on our website or from our reception staff.

Our Patient Participation Group is also interested in supporting our patient cohort. They also welcome you to join their virtual group and receive regular newsletters. Please indicate your interest to the Surgery and we will pass your details on.
