"I went to A&E on Saturday"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

I attend the A&E department on Saturday after being sent by my surgery it was like a cattle market. I book in by a lady if you didn’t feel ill then her face was enough to make you ill. I sat and waiting hour after hour speaking to people who had been there 9 hours. I go to see a lady she sent me for blood test and X-ray. The First Lady could not get blood so sent me aound the corner where they use ultrasound for view the chap dug so hard I let out a yelp he said what’s a matter poking about and pumping my veins in ended up popping my vein leaving a lump then proceeded to squeeze the lump then informed me he was going to do it again I told him no he informed me I would get no treatment. When to the toilet disgusting a cotton hand towel 4 cups of urine on the floor plus rubbish and the toilet full of poo. No had sanitizer bottle all empty along the corridor. X-ray was very good very nice chap.

Then after almost six hour was called and informed I had a blocked bowel in the corridor in front of people no treatment or painkillers. Never again disgusting.
