"Awful service...."

I've been trying to make an appointment for over 1 week now and no joy!!! I made an appointment in June, which i was able to book over a week in advance. Now i'm being told i cannot do that, i have phone on the day??

I need to follow up from my last appointment. Today i called 44 times from 2pm, when i got through at 2.16pm, i was told it's all booked up and i need to call tomorrow. It is a poor system and poor service to be honest....

Thank you for your feedback and the issues raised, we take any comments seriously as we aim to provide high quality care & services.

Unfortunately access issues is a common theme in general practices; in our practice we offer several options for booking appointments such as: on the day, two week advance appointment and online booking as well as telephone consultation with our GPs and nurses.

So if you are not registered online please ask reception staff for more information about online booking.
