(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I would like to pass on thanks to Nikki, Community Staff Nurse following her visit today.  It was a breath of fresh air to have Nikki coming in the house she was a fantastic lovely young lady who would be welcome in my Mum’s house anytime.
