"discharge from hospital"

i can not praise the staff on F3 ward enough for the kndness shown to me during my stay,only wish i could say the same for the pharmacy dept who sent me home with three lots of someone elses prescription tablets,i think this is very serious matter i am an elderly person fortunately i looked at these packages properly and noticed they were not in my name otherwise i could have started taking them with serious consequences.i have spoken to someone who is going to send someone to my home to collect them,this should never have to happen again ,someone somewhere needs more training in this area.

A very caring F3 ward and discharge dept ,spoiled by a pharmacy very bad error.
