It was a Saturday night so I knew it would be busy, but didnt have to wait to long to see a nurse. The nurse was very good. I always have problems when giving blood and normally I have to keep saying you have to take it from the back of my hand but the nurse wqas very good and not only listened but kept reassuring me. I thne had to wait a long time to see a doctor but the nurse had resolved the problem. The only draw back is the cost of parking. The car park was not busy as it was late Saturday night and we ended up paying £8.20 for our visit.
